Purpose: Look good and feel better! This program is great if you have a gym membership you are under time constraints and cannot make it to the gym everyday! Level: Beginner/Intermediate Equipment Needed: Standard Gym Membership Description: This program includes 4x 45-60 minute workouts for 4 weeks. Each workout is full body. In the app, you will be able to adjust which days your workout is assigned. On rest days, the program will remind you to take a 10 minute walk to help loosen your muscles. Creator: Jake Roode
