This is a 2 Week program, designed for clients that are new to the NerdyShredz program. Designed as an introductory program, this will encourage members to help condition themselves to reach an overall baseline level of fitness for themselves. A foundational stepping stone.
This Training program will push you to train like Captain Rodgers himself! This is a 12-week (3 Month Program). Recommended for Beginners or for people who are familiar with exercise at the gym and want to take it up a notch. This will help to enhance your overall general strength, conditioning, speed, and posture. You are going to be able to cover all kinds of basic movement, and stability exercises. We will target improving your overall posture and endurance, so this will be using a lot of core strength.
This is a 12-week (3 Month) program that will enhance your abilities to move in different planes of motion as well as targeted direction. Speed. Reaction. Agility. These are some of the components that will be targeted to become the Romanian super mutant at a phenomenal rate. This program is designed in mind for those that want to increase their overall speed as well as reaction timing. You can expect this course to push your heart rate at prolonged elevated levels while increasing your endurance to handle exercises at a faster rate. This program can be implemented to help you in a variety of different activities within your day-to-day.
