Niko Provistalis was born in New York, raised in Connecticut, lived in Greece, and for the past ten years, the City Beautiful is where he calls home. He grew up working in multiple family businesses ranging from retail to restaurants. Having a hospitality background helped him to excel at his real passion, which is the health and fitness field. For the past few years, he was the Personal Training Coordinator at the Rosen JCC in Dr. Phillips. Duties included personal training, instructing of group exercise/PE classes, and managing day-to-day operations.

He formed The N-Form Fitness brand in May of 2019, specializing in 1-on-1/online personal training, and introductory fitness orientations.
