I'm a lifelong health and fitness enthusiast who developed a passion for health and fitness at an early age. Playing sports growing up made me very aware of my body and how it moved. I understood that healthy eating habits and working out were extremely important to my performance and overall success. This has stayed with me throughout my life even after no longer participating in sports. I realized that it wasn't just sports that benefited from my healthy lifestyle, it was performance and success in all facets of my life that benefited from it. Additionally, my passion for health and fitness extended beyond me personally as I always loved to help others find this passion and achieve their health and fitness goals.
