Each night is designed to help the nervous system settle and the day come to a close. There’s nothing to track and nothing to perfect. Just one intentional wind-down each evening. Each night follows the BRAVE arc: B - Become aware of what keeps you awake R - Release the day with a short closing practice A - Align with yourself and honour rest V - Ventral settle through breath and gentle cues E - Embody rest and let it carry you to sleep The sessions progress from shorter listening to deeper, longer immersion. Before we even think about your training, we'll hop on a call to figure out where you're at, where you want to be and what's stopping you from getting there. By the end of it we'll know three things.

2. If you believe I can truly help you. Belief is the most powerful drug.
3. Only if those two things are met, I'll invite you to book a second call to talk shop.
If we get to that point, we can discuss further what your training plan will look like.
Every client I start with gets a 3 part orientation... on day one, an overview of expectations and delivery, on day 2, a personal lifestyle audit, and on day 3, my signature 8-Point Movement Screen. From there I'll create a plan that fits your lifestyle and provide ongoing accountability through the app.
You’ll learn how to train without pain, build focus, and recover like a pro all while reconnecting to the strongest version of yourself.
