The #BELLSANDBODY System (12 Weeks / 3 Days a Week Program) was created for those who are ready to take their training to the next level. This program emphasizes kettlebell lifts and bodyweight strength and control. What is included in the program: -Stretching & Mobility work -Activation Drills -Warm Ups / Movement Preparation -Full Body Weight Training >Explosive work & strength work -Metabolic Finisher (Cardio/Conditioning) What is needed to participate in the program: -Kettlebells ranging from moderate to heavy weight -A chin up bar -A bench (or the like) -Your own bodyweight This 3-month program is split into 3-Phases, beginning with an introductory period and progressing all the way to a more complex program. This program was scaled out for all skill levels.

A COMPLEX ADVANCED MOBILITY PROGRAM made simple with access to video footage, audio instructions and written-up descriptions for EVERY exercise. Upon purchase, you will have to wait until the following MONDAY to access the full program. This is a 5-DAY/Wk Program with 4-Different Days Included: ** 3 of the Days will take approximately 45min-1hour (M/W/F) ** 2 of the Days (Tu/Thur) will take about 20-30min -There is a set calendar for this program included as a feature. -However, you are allowed to switch up the training days and schedule them at your own convenience! The program will EXPIRE ONE MONTH after the purchase date unless you become an online training member. You will lose access to the Video/Audio/Written Up descriptions BUT will still have access to a PDF File with the same exact exercise library and exercise prescription (sets/reps) that you originally had available. This is a set program made for current joint healthy participants. If you are currently injured/rehabbing - participate at your own discretion.
