Hey there, I'm Mo, and my journey in fitness and therapy has been nothing short of transformative. Growing up, sports were my passion – football and futsal became my arenas, both as a player and later as a coach at professional and semi-professional levels. Those experiences didn't just shape my athletic skills but also ignited a deeper interest in helping others achieve their physical potential.

With that passion as my foundation, I became a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and sports and Exercise Therapist (Physical Therapist) specializing in injury assessment, rehabilitation, Cupping therapy, Chairorachtor techniques, joint mobilization, Acupuncture and various certifications across the therapy and fitness fields. My thirst for knowledge has always driven me to stay at the cutting edge of therapeutic techniques and training methodologies.

Since launching Movement Clinics in 2022, it’s been an incredible ride of learning, growing, and witnessing life-changing transformations in my clients. From relieving chronic pain to building strength and shedding body fat, I've had the privilege of guiding people on their fitness journeys – not just locally but worldwide through online coaching.
