Drop-In Class Terms of Service By purchasing this drop-in class, you agree to the following: 1. Non-Refundable / No Transfers All drop-in class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2. Expiration Drop-in classes must be used within 30 days of purchase. 3. Late Cancel / No-Show Policy Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session. 4. Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may be denied entry for safety reasons and the session will be forfeited. 5. Health & Safety You confirm that you are physically able to participate in exercise and assume all risks associated with physical activity. 6. Liability Waiver Requirement A completed Momentum Fitness liability waiver is required prior to your first class. 7. Class Availability Drop-in spots are subject to class capacity limits. A purchased drop-in does not guarantee a seat unless booked through the app. 8. Conduct Momentum Fitness reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for unsafe behavior, policy violations, or disruption of the class environment.
