I learned fitness and nutrition to be able to help myself to assist in controlling with anger/ my distorted body image and my declining health. I was 40 lbs heavier than I am now and borderline high blood pressure, cholesterol and pre diabetic but I reversed it.

I now want to help you be healthy, find balance, and be confident AF with a good food relationship.

Fitness Background- Originally I trained in local parks as an ASFA group instructor, I then started training at local gym then soon owned my own for 3 years before transferring to online to go deeper into nutrition and behavior change 👏
