As a fitness professional, Mike’s overall goal is education and the betterment of every individual client not only physically but, most importantly, mentally as well. With his experience in the personal training industry, he understands that most client success comes when he or she has acquired the knowledge and reasoning behind health and wellness leading to the shift to truly want to better both inside and out. With this in mind, he challenges every client to push past their comfort zones in and out of the gym and achieve a level of success that they have yet to achieve on their own.
