My monthly online coaching is built for people who are serious about getting results. This isn’t a generic program... you’ll get a training plan, personalized macros, and a structured recovery strategy designed around your goals, lifestyle, and schedule. With direct access to me, ongoing adjustments, and real accountability, you’ll always know exactly what to do and how to do it. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or overall performance, this program gives you the clarity, structure, and support needed to make consistent progress.
Throughout my nearly two decades of coaching, the biggest challenge most people face is consistency. Life has a funny way of derailing one's fitness journey. The answer is ACCOUNTABILITY, that’s where I come in. I understand the challenges that come with building a career, juggling projects, and focusing on family all while enjoying life. The time and energy needed to maintain wellness and fitness come sparingly. Researching and implementing the best training protocol, diet, habits, and sleep protocols could take months if not years. Most people put themselves and their fitness on the back burner only to suffer the consequences down the road. My VIP Coaching Package is a concierge service that takes your fitness and wellness out of your hands and puts it into mine. Our journey begins by designing your own personal NVRSFT PLAYBOOK. In this playbook, I lay out your training protocol, nutrition path, sleeping protocol, lifestyle habits, mindset, and motivation while keeping you accountable in order to maximize results. We start with a detailed onboarding process. The first step is a private one-on-one consultation. Here we’ll review your assessment questionnaire, perform an InBody body-composition assessment and start to lay out your fitness plan known as the NVRSFT Playbook. Your NVRSFT Playbook will have a detailed timeline of the actionable steps we’ll be taking to maximize results. Depending on your needs and circumstance, we may decide on a home visit so that I may lay out a home plan in regard to fitness, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle habits. It’s at this time that I’ll be fully equipped to coach you full-time. For the next eight weeks, I will be your full-time coach. You’ll now receive your daily workouts, nutrition, and habits. We will be in constant communication as I check in daily and give you feedback. You’ll have full access to me through my app and cell phone via text messages or phone calls. We’ll meet bi-weekly for training and consultation sessions to be certain we are hitting benchmarks. At the four-week mark, we’ll perform an InBody body-composition reassessment. We will review the playbook and make any adjustments if needed. Once our 8-weeks come to an end, we’ll have our exit consultation and last InBody. We will review the previous eight weeks' play-by-play to make sure you fully understand and adhere to each one. I am in my 18th year as a career firefighter, I’ve owned multiple businesses and I have three children ranging in age from 3 to 13. However, the difference between you and me is that fitness is my business!
I’ve owned six gyms, founded a supplement company, and for six years I hosted one of the largest CrossFit competitions in the nation. So it’s my job to do the research and know as much as possible about training, programming, nutrition, recovery, sleep, mobility, and healthy lifestyle habits.

By joining my NVRSFT Camp I'll be your personal remote coach for 8-weeks. This isn't like other coaching apps with bots. On the contrary, every workout, every habit, every message, and every interaction is from me.
You'll have a training program that works with your hectic lifestyle. You'll understand how much to eat to lose weight while maintaining muscle. You'll have a daily "to-do list" reminding you to take mental breaks, walks, early sunlight, and digital detox. Everything will be done for you and right in the palm of your hand.
