I moved to Atlanta, GA, and started my own company called Mobile Fitness Professionals in 1996. I have been training clients for over 20 years, because I enjoy helping people reach their potential.

My company specialize in stretching. The more flexible you are , the greater
chance of you actually moving toward working out regularly.
