Hi, friends! I'm Megan- you're new fitness coach. I received my Personal Training Certification from NASM in 2020 and started coaching shortly after. I discovered my love of fitness in college as an outlet for stress and anxiety, and I became inspired to help other women feel confident and empowered through training and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and I'm passionate about helping my clients bridge the gap between their physical wellness and mental health.
