Prototype Training is customized to your exact situation. A full month of programming and bi weekly one on one coaching calls.
The extension to the prototype training program in which you'll have the opportunity to put your training into effect with several training evolutions that continue the process of growing your strength practice with exposure to suspension training and resistance band training, both methods that can be force multipliers but also emergency back up plans to assist you when you have to adjust and train at home or when traveling. This program is a great way to advance your movement technique and continue the evolution of your prototype.
A non personalized training option that still delivers a full training split , cardio programming, supplemental and nutritional counseling. A team call once a week and access to the Maximum Output community message board. A great option if you want to join up with an accountability partner and force multiply your gains. I’ve been training for over 30 years and 20 years as a professional. I’ve trained the likes of professional athletes to people with disabilities. The common threads are the 3 pillars to fitness success. The three wise men I like to call them. Resistance, cardio and nutrition. In my experience you must pay homage to all three but two of them you need to be a rock star if you have plans to be in elite conditioning.
I’m not here to proclaim myself as the fitness is easy guy. Don’t believe the hype that dude sells. I’m here to be the elite fitness is very possible guy. Changing is a difficult process. I recognize that we can get stuck in our ways and inadvertently get in our way.
Whether it’s on an individual or a group setting I council my clients on steps they can instantly start to incorporate to begin the process and the journey of setting their fitness course and I place the keys in their hands to control their fitness destiny.
Knowledge is power and I think the most important piece of knowledge I’m able to impart upon my athletes is that they can do this. Once that’s acquired anything is possible.
When that sets in, the process of replacing the can’t(s) and won’t(s) with cans and wills.
The process of implementing life hacks is the new default mode.
I acknowledge the desire to want to change ones life for the better, and I recognize the courage it takes to take action on that desire. To make the leap from dreaming of something to planning on achieving it, is going from wishing for some result to working to make it your new reality.
I’m honored every time an athlete chooses to collaborate with me on their project. Before you start thinking I’m talking about someone else, know that I consider an athlete anyone who trains for any goal.
While I like to talk about, muscularity, strength, lower body fat and all those cool buzz words or attributes, you can replace them with confidence, discipline, self respect, time management, energy, playing with my kids, longer more enjoyable life.
These are my goals as a coach, and I recognize that the application of this looks different for everybody and I’ve developed a system and a way of communicating and implementing this no matter where you are currently your in life.
It comes down to figuring out where your baselines are as a start point, then looking for opportunities to do more while constantly striving to do it better.
