Hello, my name is Matt Garcia, and I have been helping people on their fitness journeys since 2015.

I have been in the gym myself since high school and have trained in many different environments for different things. I played high school sports such as track and football.
I have run a total of 7 Spartan races (obstacle course racing) and have competed in 4 bodybuilding shows. I have coached and assisted in coaching multiple physique athletes through their preps, and I am currently doing so now.

I am the strength and conditioning coach at Porterville high school for the football/basketball team and I do in person training at "the body builder" gym in Porterville CA.
