Every week, I’m in the gym, out climbing rocks, mountain biking, running, or snowboarding. The era of the armchair trainer has passed, and the next generation has arrived!

Simply put, I help my clients achieve more than they ever thought possible. Working 1-on-1 with me, my clients have taken home medals in Powerlifting, competed in life-changing adventure races, built unbelievable physiques, and even learned to love running outdoors…
When it comes to strength, I’ve deadlifted over 490 pounds at a bodyweight of 165 pounds. I’ve climbed over 2000m on my mountain bike and made it home for lunch. I’ve ascended and skied over 10,000 vertical meters in a single week and loved every minute of it. In 2021, I plan to Squat over 500 pounds, climb the largest bolted rock face in North America, and take my body to the next level.
Born and raised in Vancouver, I love to work in the place I call home. I'm a one-man operation based out of North Vancouver, BC. I don’t employ any underpaid or overworked trainers, there is no corporate profit hoarding, and none of my clients are treated as just a number on a list.
