Unlock your potential with MPL hybrid performance training-a personalized fitness experience that blends the best of both in-person coaching and online flexibility. Train 1 or 2 days a week in person with a certified coach and outside of your in-person sessions, you'll follow a customized online training plan designed for you to complement your in-person training. (In-person training rates are not included and billed separately)
