I'm a mother of three young children and my own personal fitness journey started about six years ago after the birth of my twins. I understand women and I understand women's bodies, especially after children! I can relate to all the struggles around weight loss, confidence, low self-esteem and challenges women face after pregnancy.

I'm passionate about what I do and nothing gives me more joy than empowering women to look and feel good about themselves again! Whether you want to lose weight or get a sense of accomplishment from strength training, I can help!
