Hi, my name is Mandi & I am a Certificated Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. I got certified in 2020, however my love for fitness started way before then.

I am a mom of two little ones, and have struggled off and on with self image issues. I decided after I had my daughters I would complete a bucket list goal. I got a trainer and I competed in my first Bikini competition.

My fitness journey has been FAR from perfect but that is why feel so confident in my ability to help you achieve your goals that you never thought you could.

I'm blessed to be delivering health, wellness & life coaching online, helping clients to lose weight, move better, increase their energy, and feel fantastic!

I am dedicated to working on-on-one with my clients, guiding them in their individual journeys to their fittest, healthiest and best version of themselves.
