Hi my names Karl and I am the founder of Main Training Systems!

I've worked with a variety of of clients, from complete beginners to professional athletes and olympians!

I currently offer a bespoke online coaching service to clients to help them meet their goals, specialising in physically preparing athletes to excel at their sport and getting people fitter and stronger than they've ever been before!

When I'm not coaching at Main Training Systems, I'm working with elite athletes on a daily basis at The Scottish Institute of Sport; as well as still playing part-time professional rugby!

In the little spare time I have, you'll find me listening to podcasts, watching marvel films and more recently rolling on the mat, after taking up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
