Learn the basics of strength training with dumbbells and cables. This 16 week program includes 4 days per week lifting sessions, targeting all major muscle groups to give you a well rounded workout. By the end of the 16 weeks, you will have solid foundation, and feel as confident as ever in a gym setting. Included in this packages are 3 coach check ins with me (beginning/middle/end) where will will goal set, monitor progress and create and action plan for further progress. Coaching calls are scheduled at the beginning of the program and can be done via phone, facetime or zoom.
Monthly workout programming includes up to 4 workouts per week, designed by me to fit your needs, abilities and goals. Each workout is created with you in mind. We will start our time together with a consultation call to discuss goals, and workout parameters. In addition in app workouts, you will receive weekly check-ins with me. All new programming clients are required to commit to 3 months.
Together we will evaluate your goals, and create a simple to follow plant to achieve them. Now, just because it is simple, doesn't mean it is easy, so we will be sure to create a plan that includes movement, nutrition, stress reduction, and of course fun, that will get you on the path to where you want to be! Within a week of your call, you will receive a comprehensive email laying out the steps discussed and action steps agreed upon.
Can’t make it to a group class? No worries! Let’s get together one on one. Private yoga sessions are much like personal training sessions, except we practice yoga instead. These sessions are for fine tuning form, learning basics, working on specific goal (ie having better balance), and practicing yoga on a more individual level. These sessions can be done in person or virtually depending on the situation.

Hi! I am Jessica. I am a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor with a passion for helping women feel at home in the gym. I have been teaching group fitness, yoga and personal training for over 7 years now, and would be honored to be your coach. When I am not working with clients, I enjoy camping, hiking, running and paddle boarding. I am looking forward to working with you, and helping your reach your mobility and strength goals.
