I have been a personal trainer since 2009, with clients ranging from elite professional athletes to Division I athletes to fitness enthusiasts to fitness novices. I was scholarship athlete wide receiver for the University of Minnesota and Southern Illinois University; an intern strength and conditioning coach at Sacramento State University; an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Lindenwood University; and a corporate wellness program manager at Capital One headquarters. I now run personal training and small group training programs to help my clients achieve their goals.
