This is 28 days to becoming a better you. In this challenge you will have a protein intake goal, water intake goal, sleep goal, steps goal, and a strength training portion that is a 4 day split. All goals need to be met in order for you to become a better you in this brand new month and year. If you would like, you can follow the workout split that will be attatched and done by me. It will be a 4 day split of upper body and lower body twice a week. I cannot wait to see the results from you at the end of the month!
This includes a 6 month paid in full with a 12% off already attatched. There will be a 6 month progression plan given to you, and access to everything that I offer as a trainer on the app, plus my personal phone number so you can ask any questions that you have can be answered.
This plan gives you a progression each month for what you will need to do. It is not a beginner program. This program will test you, but surely get you the results you are looking for when it comes to powerbuilding.
This program is meant to challenge you phyiscally and mentally. This is where you will be growing your muscle mass, but also shredding off some of that fat you have that you have been dying to get off you. Here we are focused on hypertrophy (growing in muscle size). We will be doing a lot of volume, but it will be worth it in the end, especially if you keep up with all of the other necessities like: sleeping 7-9 hours, drinking half your bodyweight in ounces of water, getting no less than 10k steps a day, and staying in your caloric deficit. LETS WORK!
This training includes a personalized style of training for you each month. Every month we will go through your training and see where you have progressed and what changes can be made to help you reach your goals.
