Is the Bride and Bridal Party ready to get in shape for that BIG DAY! Here is a fun way for you all to connect and cheer each other on, to fit in that dress! This includes "boot camp style" workouts you can do together or on you own, then log out that you did them. You will have support and accountability from me, log your stats, weight, etc. and have guidance up to that BIG DAY! Minimum of 3 people in the group with at least a 3 month commitment. Each member purchases their program and then I connect you all together and get you going!
Do you and some friends want to workout together, get the support/accountability from a professional trainer and hold each other accountable? Then this is a fun way to go about it! You each set up your account through this product and I will connect you all together, go over how it all works, and set it up for you all to connect.
