Each program is designed in phases to help ensure progressive overload for maximum results. *This is not in person training* Included: - Intake form for a well rounded understanding of you and your goals. - Easy to Access Daily workouts. Readily available on your mobile device - Video Tutorials -Written Instructions -Instant Messaging to stay accountable and get help when needed - Meal guide: basic macro count and meal suggestions depending upon dietary restrictions and preferences DISCLAIMERS: - I make every single program per person, it is not an instantaneous product, so read below to get information on what to expect after purchase. - If there is no activity logged or response from the client after the 8 weeks, the profile will be removed to open the spot for another customer on the waitlist What to expect after purchase: - A message through the app from me to discuss what was written on the intake form you will receive to help get the program exact for your needs. - A link to set up our consult so I can get to know you better - Once I gather all the information I need, expect your program within 6-7 days!
Hi! My name is Dr. Liv and I am a proud Brooklyn, NY native with a passion for helping people learn the skill of working out. I believe that learning how to exercise for your body is like learning to dance, and it's important to find the right music to inspire your perfect rhythm. I've been a personal trainer since undergrad, in which I graduated with my bachelors in biology prior to acquiring my doctorate in physical therapy. I work with individuals of all fitness levels and goals. My specialities include weight training for beginners to advanced lifters, muscle hypertrophy, fat loss, body recomposition, corrective exercise, and pain management through exercise modification.
It can be overwhelming to comb through social media and the internet to try and find your perfect workout routine, which is why we will work together as a team to build a program tailored to you!
