Brian brings over 30 years of fitness experience to LTE WORLDWIDE Inc. He specializes in sports performance training, muscular development, endurance training, strength training and weight loss/weight management. He has worked with a diverse clientele ranging from professional athletes and celebrities to senior populations.
His Story: Fitness became a regular part of Brian's lifestyle after graduating from high school weighing 140 lbs. He had been teased his entire life for being too skinny. He underwent a major physical and mental transformation after his mother gave him his first weight set as a birthday gift. Brian trained daily using workouts he found in bodybuilding magazines. He also befriended the powerlifters at the local gym who showed him how to train and eat for growth. After a year of hard work and dedication, Brian grew from 140 to 178 lbs. Brian's passion for fitness continued through the years and he became the District Vice President for major big-box gyms in the Chicago area. He is excited to be a part of the Powerline Personal Training team and his main goal is to help his clients live long, healthy lives.
