I am a Personal Trainer, group fitness instructor, aqua instructor & online Personal Trainer/Coach. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2002. I was a regular bikini & fitness model competitor from 2012 until 2019 with multiple placings. I featured on the tv show Ultimate Tag in 2021. I am also a mum of two and step mum of 3.

I have experience with both men & women in the gym setting as well as sporting groups & home based exercise programs. I have multiple certifications and many years experience in lots of fields of fitness. I am friendly, genuine, trustworthy, and easy going.
