    These 45-60 minute 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions are done either in person or virtually via FaceTime or Zoom, depending on your location and preference. This is a great option for anyone desiring more personalized coaching and would like a more in depth level of instruction. Whether you're experienced in the gym or new to fitness, this option is for you if: 1. You wish to go through a training session with me in person or virtually. 2. You want personalized, 1 on 1 training and instruction. 3. You would like an individualized training program to help you move toward your specific goals. 4. You want the structure and accountability that comes with working with a coach in a one-on-one, personalized setting. 5. You would like to improve or fine tune your form and technique on specific exercises and lifts. 6. You would like to walk through the basic movement patterns and learn now to perform them with good form and technique. 7. You would like instruction on how to use specific equipment in the gym. 8. You would like individualized instruction on some of my specific training methods. Pricing is tiered based on the number of sessions purchased. Price per session decreases based on number of sessions purchased: 1 session $110/per session 3 sessions $105/per session 6 sessions $100/per session Please choose the number of sessions you would like to purchase in the drop down box below, where the total package price and the price per session will be displayed. *** NOTE: I have very limited availability for new in person, one-on-one personal training clients. Lisa K Fitness, LLC Personal Training Terms and Conditions: By purchasing personal training sessions, you agree to the following: During your exercise program, every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any exercise program, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. In volunteering for this program, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage. You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program. By purchasing sessions, you accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being AND you acknowledge an understanding that no responsibility is assumed by the Lisa Kibler or Lisa K Fitness, LLC. Please give 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a previously scheduled session. Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session. Please do your best to arrive to your session on time. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer. The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within 3 months from the date of purchase for 1, 3, and 6 session packs. No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions, unless otherwise determined by Lisa K Fitness, LLC for unusual circumstances.
