Evan is a Rochester native and an Olympia graduate.

He has always been passionate about physical health and has been doing kickboxing and martial arts since he was a teenager.
His experiences with kickboxing, specifically the injuries he sustained from moving incorrectly, fueled his interest in corrective exercises and body building.

He then went on to become a personal trainer because he wanted to help others avoid the same issues he went through. His favorite thing about personal training is watching people progress back to healthier versions of themselves.
