I'm here to help you reach your health and fitness goals, whatever they may be or we'll discover it together. My fitness story, well it has been part of my life 100% since age 18... I started running, built up to run races, fell in love with free weights when entered the gym. I've competed in natural powerlifting and bodybuilding for many years, did 1 sprint triathlon, 3 Tough Mudders and am back to running competitively, just finished my 4th 1/2 marathon this year. Lets just do it!
