$250 a month ~($21 per session) - Program - 4 Monday group lifts - 4 Wednesday solo lifts - 4 Friday 1:1’s @ (designated time) (3 gym , 1 recovery session)
Full Body or spot specific Recovery Session. $55 for 60 min. What does this entail? Our session will be focused on lengthening muscles that have become tight as well as releasing areas of tension causing discomfort. Using different corrective exercise techniques like sports massage, passive stretching and instrument assisted myofascial release the goal is to have you walking out feeling restored.
