Prior to your on-boarding call, after signing up, you'll be required to fill out a life analysis form in as much detail as possible and if you haven't already you'll need to complete the LPF Health Optimisation Test. With in-depth knowledge of your sleep/recovery, activity routine, nutritional intake & overall mental state. I can then pinpoint the weakest link and create a plan to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall health, which will then increase your performance both physically and mentally.
