hello, Norwegian boy here, now there is some information about me and my journey to where I am today. I have been through many professions such as gardener, hairdresser, make-up artist, skin care professional, but those professions gave me no joy. I have struggled with poor health for many years and wanted to learn more about training and Healty food. so I signed up for PT school (Personal Trainer) in Oslo in the winter of 2020. (AFPT) I managed to complete after a lot of studying and many late nights with online teaching. It was during Corona so physical classes at the gym were canceled which made it very difficult to get through alone but I managed it and I'm proud of that. I was determined to do this for myself.

I needed more learning in health. But then I suddenly got Disbetes 2 2021/2022. Then my whole world turned upside down. I was put out and felt like everything was hopeless! but I work a daily battle to get in better shape and I was very motivated to help others get in better shape too. yes life happens, old and negative habits can catch up with us. but that doesn't mean you should give up! we just have to change our habits to a more healthy and active lifestyle. don't make the big change all at once because then things can easily go wrong. but small changes over a period make a big difference. this was my awakening to give myself a better life. now I look forward to hearing from you and your story if you have a desire to change. it's never too late to start

I have now settled in Peraia, Greece and lived here for a year. to further develop my training and help even more people.
