Welcome to my Prenatal Approved 6 Week Fitness Program! Just a reminder, I am not a Doctor so please check with yours before beginning any type of fitness program! Exercise is so important during these months to ensure the best health for you and your baby! I have designed this program to keep you in good health and have selected exercises that will help you during labor and delivery. This program includes total body conditioning with emphasis on strengthening the core and pelvic floor muscles. I also added in Pilates exercises to further develop the pelvic floor muscles and alleviate any back pain and muscle stiffness. -6 Weeks of workouts -4 workouts a week -Weekly check ins -Full access to my app
