I started my fitness career truly as a child with a passion for numerous sports; from basketball to swimming. As I started working I continued to play rugby for over 15 years. Once I became a mom there were numerous challenges; weight gain, scheduling, responsibilities. My passion to not be at a desk grew and I started weightlifting and wanting to compete in a figure show. I did that and realized I wanted to train others from elite athletes to moms with a desire to do amazing things!
