Kyle Thornton, thats me :) I am a Personal Trainer & Actor specialising in personal fitness, mindset (as well all know the devils within are loud) and online training.

It is a joy of a life this knowing myself first hand just how it feels to be in a body shape which didn't bring me happiness, always being the guy covering up and wearing t-shirts anytime I met the ocean or a pool.

For over 4 years now I've been solely an in person trainer with good reason not to rush online. I wanted to perfect the way I trained clients, how as a trainer I guided, pushed, helped and made them understand why this journey is tough but one of the best things they'll ever do (a better you is a better everything).

Connecting and building a rapport is a huge part of this so yes I could have made more money jumping straight online from day one, but I'm now able to add experience, even more compassion and guidance of the human struggle to everyone of my services :)

All of my online training services I will be able to support you and send your workouts through the training app along with nutrition guidance and tracking with MyFitnessPal. We'll also be connected with in app messenger so any questions or exercise changes can be addressed and solved quickly.
