With rep-based workouts to focus on slow tempo movements, we'll be focusing on creating a healthy back. The 4 sessions per week will include mobility and flexibility to provide more functionality for your body with an acute focus on the core. Along with your programming, you'll have access to a group chat for accountability and immediate access to myself and my trainers for questions and support.
My GetFit Program is perfect for those who: * are new to exercise or haven't trained in a while * on holiday/vacation and no access to a gym * quarantining at home due to the pandemic * don't love going to the gym We recommend having booty bands and longer resistance bands to add a little tension fro maximize the workouts. As always, if you have any injuries, please make the appropriate adjustments to make the workout suitable for you. Please reach out to us and we will make a recommendation for you if you are unsure as to how to adjust. The best part is, if you're unsure on what to substitute, you have access to myself and trainers in the group chat to ask questions at any time, along with holding yourself and your comrades accountable! Last but not least, if you're short on time, do what you can in the time period- If it's a 30 minutes workout, 20 minutes of work is better than no minutes!
