KO Aesthetic is a program designed for a more experienced and committed lifter looking to improve their overall physique and aesthetics. It is a 3-phase full body weightlifting program that requires 5+ gym sessions per week including foundational days and "focus sessions" (lagging body parts). First phase focuses on STRENGTH, second phase SIZE, and third phase SHARPEN. It is 10 week program from start to finish designed to SCULPT your body.
KO Strong is a program designed to increase total body strength by utilizing both conventional exercises and unconventional strongman movements. This is not a traditional program and will be different than what you are used to. With KO Strong, you will drastically improve your total workout capacity while staying mobile at the same time
KO WEIGHTLOSS This is the essential fat burning program. You follow 3 phases which will kickstart your metabolism, hit your key muscle fibers and show you how to keep the weight off permanently. It has a full workout program that starts you off with the biggest bang for your buck exercises while slowing bringing in isolation exercises to add the symmetry to your weightloss. It shows you what foods that are best to eat to promote weightloss to your body and will also spike morale and energy. Home workouts that will help you through those days that you are slammed with time so you can do 20 min to make sure your metabolism stays on track. Last but not least, the glorious fun time. This will change each week depending the previous weeks completion of fun time. Fun time is a high intensity body weight workout that will hit your full body and including your core that will range low reps and high sets to high reps that is going to give your whole body a pump.
