The COMMITMENT TO CHANGE Program is exactly that. We will take you from couch warmer (moms don't actually get to sit down long enough to warm the couch) to the Queen of Routine and having that body of yours feeling energized, burning fat as fuel and losing inches along the way. Your program will include: 3 x week Fatloss Interval Circuits to be done at home (25-30mins) 3 x week Purposeful Cardio Walk/Run Program (15-30mins) 2 x week Fatloss Ab Circuit 2+ x per week Stretch routine You will also receive weekly/bi-weekly information on Suggested Nutrition Guidelines and a Mindset Video Series to keep you motivated and moving towards your goal.
