I’ve been personal training for 8 years now. Fitness was always a part of my life and I played Soccer for 10+ years. Since I had too many concussions from playing Soccer, I switched to bikini bodybuilding placing 2nd out of 22 girls in my class and modelled on the Mr.Olympia stage. I have a background in Kinesiology, Precision Sports Nutrition and a Master NLP Practitioner. I love how working out and eating healthy enhances the mind and boosts confidence in people. Weight-loss is always fun but what I really enjoy seeing is my clients mindset do a 180.
