    This 6-week program is designed for women who have seen a pelvic floor physical therapist or know they have a diastasis recti that lacks function. This is where they struggle to generate tension in the connective tissue between the rectus muscles when performing a pelvic floor contraction. Some other symptoms of diastasis may include stress urinary incontinence, or low back and/or hip pain. If you have both a prolapse and diastasis, it is recommended following the prolapse program as it has considerations for diastasis recti as well. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a time sensitive program. For changes to be made, it is important to commit to the 6 weeks that include 10 sessions of movement and exercise.     Need one-on-one support? Get virtual support through video-based assessments and education. Receive a custom pelvic floor exercise rehabilitation program for your specific needs, designed to teach you the foundational information and assist in the initial stages of eliminating symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. Includes 90-minute initial assessment, plus 4 x 45-minute follow-up sessions. All sessions are virtual using Zoom. Ideally, each session is booked 1 to 2 weeks apart, allowing for time to learn the movements and practice them regularly. You will continue to have access to the custom app after the sessions are complete for an additional 4 weeks, for a total period from your first session of 12 weeks. Over the eight weeks, you will work through various movements and exercises designed to safely progress you back to training the way you enjoy! Through the process, you will gain more understanding of your body's needs while you retrain your inner core and progress exercises while staying in your zone of symptom-free movement. The goal is to transfer this knowledge into a lifetime of use as you maintain a healthy, active body. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a time-sensitive program.     This is an extended 60-minute video call to progress your individual pelvic floor exercise rehabilitation program, and meant for those that would like more time to review movements and information on how to progress their exercises. Following your call, adjustments will be made to your program and you will have access to these movements and exercises for 3 weeks. It is highly recommended to schedule follow-up calls and progress your exercise rehabilitation movements every 2 to 3 weeks, as you expand your symptom free zone of movement towards training in the type of exercise you enjoy!

    This 60-minute personal training session is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence in your body. Sessions are done virtually via Zoom, with real-time coaching and feedback to ensure proper form and progression. A Zoom link will be provided after payment has been received.
