I am passionate about fitness and specialize in women perimenopause, post menopause & post delivery. Nutrition is key and I place a big emphasis on educating my clients on how to live a fit lifestyle that is balanced with eating for results without starving. I have competed at the national level in NPC bikini bodybuilding division & have worked with some of the best coaches in the industry. At 57 years old I continue to walk the walk and I love to teach others to do the same.
