I'm a 34 year old Personal Trainer and Nutrition coach. I have spent most of my life overweight and out of shape until I finally had enough. I decided it was time I made a change and started my fitness journey. I have lost 75lbs over 2 years while trying multiple different diets and learning about nutrition as a whole. I learned the benefits of several different types of diets and how to incorporate bits of each into a balanced meal plan. The last 40lbs were lost in this manner while working out and physically getting stronger and in better shape. This encouraged me to become a CPT and to help others with their own fitness goals.
