With three Commonwealth Games under my belt as an Olympic Weightlifter and nearly two decades of fitness-industry experience, half of which has been ‘training the trainers’, I have developed a deep understanding of the fitness industry from both the client and professional perspective.

I began my career in fitness instruction and gym management, which turned into a passion. I work as a PT and with Fitness Training Providers to develop and deliver courses to budding fitness professionals, educating, assessing and mentoring them as they build their path in the fitness industry.
