Hi, I’m Shawna — a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Coach. I’ve spent over a decade helping women build sustainable habits through structured training and practical nutrition.
My coaching focuses on creating simple systems that fit into real life. I believe the most effective programs combine strength training, balanced nutrition, and consistent habits that you can maintain long-term — not extreme approaches that only work temporarily.
My goal as your coach is to provide clear structure, accountability, and support so you can build strength, improve your health, and feel more confident in the process.
Outside of coaching, I’m a mom to two girls (15 and 9) and love staying active in different ways. I enjoy traveling, cooking, and challenging myself with new fitness experiences like half marathons, HYROX, Ragnar races, hiking, and trail running. These experiences remind me that fitness should support your life and help you do more of the things you enjoy.
