This program is designed to give you a strong, realistic starting point. If you finish the four weeks and realize you want more personalized support, you’ll have the option to explore 1:1 coaching. What’s included: 6-week structured training cycles Access to a growing On Demand workout library (quick 20s, warm-ups, specialty sessions) Group chat support for form feedback, questions, and nutrition guidance (when you ask) Scheduled progress updates (photos, stats — you submit when you’re ready) Month-to-month commitment; cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice Please note: This program is fixed for 6 weeks. Modifications can be suggested, but full updates happen at the start of each new cycle.
2 In-Person Sessions (55 minutes each) -Unused in-person credits roll over for up to 6 months (after that, they expire). -A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all scheduled in-person sessions. 2 Virtual Sessions (55 minutes each) -Virtual credits do not roll over — they reset each month. Subscription Policy: This is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ notice before your renewal date. Please note that no refunds are provided once the month has begun.

This add-on gives you a clear, personalized framework for how to fuel your body. No guesswork, no rigid meal plans. Here’s how it works: You’ll track your food as-is for 7 days. No changes, no judgement, just your normal eating habits. At the end of those 7 days, I’ll review everything in detail. From there, I’ll design a hyper-customized nutrition strategy for you: a breakdown of your target calories and macros, along with flexible options, suggestions, and portion sizes that actually fit your lifestyle. This is not a meal plan...I won’t tell you exactly what to eat. Instead, you’ll get a strategic framework that respects your preferences, routines, and goals so you can confidently make choices day-to-day. The result: structure without restriction, clarity without confusion, and a system you can actually stick to.
One-on-one strength and fitness coaching in a private or small-group setting. Each 55-minute session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and needs, with an emphasis on proper form, safe progression, and effective training. Sessions include real-time feedback, form adjustments, and programming that supports your overall progress inside and outside the gym. Policies: All sessions are 55 minutes. All sales are final — no refunds. 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the session. Session packs are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing client.
