FANCY A TOUGHER CHALLENGE? Take on the couch to 5k challenge where you can shed weight, improve your body composition and develop healthier habits to run a 5K in 6 weeks. This challenge is for anyone that doesn't want to fully commit to 1-1 coaching, but wants a taster of what results they can achieve. The couch to 5K plan is designed to help you get introduced to running for an approachable distance. Whether you'd like to do your runs on a treadmill or outdoors is up to you. You'll be running 3 days per week, with increasing levels of output over a 6 week period. The 5k run will happen in just 45 days, so it's time to get started!
Spend the next 30 days building up your step count while you see the results you can achieve with a daily meal plan, ongoing support and an initial and final assessment. This challenge is tailored for individuals of all fitness levels, encouraging you to incorporate daily physical activity into your routine. Beyond the physical benefits, the 30-Day Get Moving Challenge will focus on improving your overall health, your relationship with food and your daly routine. This program lasts for 30 days and includes: - A daily walking progress that alternates in intensity and duration, building to two-hour long high intensity walks at the end of the 30 days. You'll also get ongoing support as well as an initial and final assessment.
