HARD WORK BEATS TALENT WHEN TALENT DOESN’T WORK HARD!
1) Give kids an on opportunity to achieve their dreams.
I have one goal, to make athletes not basketball, basketball, football or volleyball players. to help as many kids go to college. By doing that I will be able to change the world one athlete at a time.
I have a long history of helping athletes achieve their dreams. No Tricks of Gimmicks. I know the formula, but it takes hard work and dedication.

2) Parents Bod
I have 4 kids, and everyone thinks it’s ok that round can be the shape of a parent. I still want to look good at the pool, I want to be the dad that all other dads say “I want to look like Artis!”
Can we be honest A FEMALES body goes through HELL ON EARTH (#BlameEve). I have two great moms of my children and after watching them go through that, naw I’ll pass. But, it doesn’t stop there ONE doesn’t have time to theirselves.
For both moms and dads, my goal is to help you feel good about you. Screw how much you weigh, do you look good and do you feel good. Give me 30-45 mins a day!
