Who actually has time anymore? This is a 12-week home workout program - great for beginners, or people that have done some weights before, whose main exercise barrier is time. Each workout lasts no longer than 20 minutes so you can complete before you head out in the morning, or when you're "working from home". This plan will guide you through 3 structured stages - Foundation, Progress and Intensity. You will complete 3 sessions per week with a focus on full-body strength, core and cardio fitness. All you'll need is a small area at home to workout, some dumbbells, bands (optional) and a desire to work hard!

Whether you're brand new to the gym, returning after a long break, or wanting to build a solid foundation, this program teaches you the fundamentals step by step - no intimidation, no confusion! Over the course of this program, you'll learn proper technique, build bodyweight and dumbbell strength, and gradually progress toward barbell lifts like Back Squats and RDL's. This program will guide you through three structured 4-week phases of 3 Full-Body workouts per week, focusing on technique, strength development and endurance. Hi, I'm Joseph and I am a pre & post natal and exercise referral qualified Personal Trainer. I'm also a Certified Olympic Weightlifting coach as well as having experience in professional sport. I have been training clients for over 8 years, starting out in gyms, client's homes before moving on to work with sports teams, clients in private personal training studios and online coaching. I've trained my clients for various fitness goals such as; fat loss, athletic performance, core strengthening and pre/post pregnancy fitness and strengthening.
One of the first things that became glaringly obvious when I started out on my PT journey was that no two bodies are the same. People can have similar goals or exercise experience, but the results will come so much more efficiently when you completely individualise a client's program to the way their body works. That's why I pride myself on making that extra effort when creating programs for my clients that not only are their fitness goals being accounted for, but that they are also doing it in the best and most efficient way for them and their lifestyle
