BBF is a spread of my best studio circuit style HIAIT workouts followed by HIIT cardio training on some form of cardio equipment; (treadmill, stair stepper, elliptical, etc..) HIIT will be performed at a MAX of 15 min to preserve muscle mass and shed the undesirables.
